Designs, builds, tests, and deploys enterprise AI agents and workflow automations for Truist. The role focuses on agentic systems, RAG, memory/session handling, evaluation, observability, and secure production deployment across cloud and Copilot platforms.

- Build and deploy enterprise AI agents and workflow automations
- Design prompt architecture and tool integrations
- Implement RAG, memory and session handling, and evaluation
- Add observability and validate output quality
- Deploy securely within enterprise governance, security, and release controls
Technical Overview
Hands-on agent engineering spanning Azure (primary) with support for Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. Builds agent workflows with tool integrations, runtime logic, evaluation and observability, and deploys to managed runtimes and cloud-native environments using Copilot and Vertex/Bedrock agent tooling.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with experience building and deploying enterprise AI agents and intelligent workflow automations, including prompt architecture and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). They have strong multi-cloud exposure with Azure as primary and can integrate enterprise systems/APIs, implement memory/session handling, and ensure evaluation, observability, and secure production readiness.
