About this role

Principal, AI Testing & Monitoring leads validation and monitoring for enterprise AI/ML models within Global Payments' RUAI framework. Design validation protocols, conduct bias/adversarial/stress tests, and implement monitoring, governance dashboards, and remediation workflows across Legal, Compliance, and Risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and execution of independent AI/ML model validation frameworks across use cases
  • Conduct bias audits, adversarial testing, and stress testing
  • Develop and implement enterprise AI monitoring frameworks
  • Oversee incident response for AI failures
  • Integrate monitoring insights into governance dashboards

Technical Overview

Hands-on with validation tools, statistical testing, synthetic data generation, automated testing platforms, and AI observability; experience with monitoring/logging; knowledge of EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, Colorado AI Act, NIST AI RMF; ability to translate risk into controls.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior AI governance professional with 5+ years in AI/ML validation and 3-5+ years in AI monitoring. They have hands-on experience with bias audits, explainability, synthetic data, and regulatory frameworks to guide enterprise AI risk management in payments.
