About this role
Build and implement practical AI solutions to improve internal workflows and drive measurable process improvements. You will prototype AI tools using LLMs, integrate automations across departments, and support Azure-based operations while enhancing risk models and underwriting workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Prototype and code AI-driven automations using LLMs and prompt engineering
- Build lightweight AI-powered tools (copilots, knowledge assistants) for productivity
- Enhance risk models for risk assessment, underwriting, and risk-based pricing
- Integrate AI into departmental workflows via custom coding and integrations
- Provide day-to-day support for Azure cloud environment, access management, and maintenance
Technical Overview
Hands-on AI builder focused on LLM-based copilots/knowledge assistants, prompt engineering, and automation workflows. Also includes day-to-day Azure cloud support (access management and basic security) and documentation for scalable AI adoption.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with 2–5 years of experience who has implemented AI solutions for process improvement. They are strong with LLMs, prompt engineering, building automations, and integrating AI into workflows, and they can also support day-to-day operations in an Azure cloud environment.
