About this role
Contract AI & Machine Learning Talent Recruiter role supporting clients by sourcing and placing ML, AI research, MLOps, and data science talent. You will run searches end-to-end from intake through close, including technical screen calls and candidate pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates in ML, AI research, MLOps, and data science
- Run technical screen calls to assess candidate background and role fit
- Partner with client engineering leads and CTOs to define search criteria
- Manage candidate pipeline with consistent documentation and communication
- Present qualified candidates with detailed write-ups reflecting genuine understanding of fit
