About this role
Lead AI-enabled automation for CVS contact center technology as AI SME and Business Product Owner. Drive development and deployment of AI agents, prompt engineering, and automation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the AI SME and Business Product Owner for contact center technologies
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions
- Lead the deployment, testing, and optimization of generative AI models
- Build and maintain prompt libraries and documentation
Technical Overview
Scope includes generative AI models, AI agents, prompt libraries, prompt-response agents, real-time routing, sentiment analysis, risk detection, and decision support to improve agent productivity and customer experience.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level AI product owner with 1+ year of generative AI experience, strong prompt engineering skills, and a track record of delivering AI-enabled automation within a contact center context. Must be able to partner across IT and business teams to define use cases and drive scalable AI solutions.
