About this role
CoAdvantage is hiring an AI Security Analyst to help secure how the organization adopts AI and emerging technologies. The role focuses on vetting AI tools, authorizing only approved services, classifying sensitive HR/payroll data, and enforcing access guardrails for AI queries, along with monitoring and auditing AI usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess AI tools and platforms
- Identify AI tools/services in use and ensure authorization
- Develop and maintain data classification frameworks for sensitive HR/payroll data
- Design and implement access guardrails and query controls
- Evaluate and deploy tools to track, log, and audit AI queries and usage
Technical Overview
You will evaluate AI tools and platforms for security and compliance risks, define data classification for HR and payroll records, and implement access/query controls that govern what users can retrieve via AI. The work includes securing LLM environments and deploying logging and auditing mechanisms to track AI usage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a security analyst with strong security fundamentals and hands-on experience assessing risks for AI tools and platforms used in an enterprise environment. They can build and maintain data classification and access guardrails for sensitive HR/payroll/employee records and support secure LLM (Large Language Model) environments through monitoring, logging, and auditing.
