About this role
The AI Solutioning Consultant leads strategy, design, and delivery of advanced AI-driven automation solutions across the enterprise, partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities and architect AI agentic frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to identify high-value automation and AI opportunities
- Translate problems into AI agentic architectures
- Architect AI-driven solutions including agentic frameworks and orchestrations
- Evaluate tools and data sources; develop prototypes and reference architectures
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards for security, governance, and scalability

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced AI solution architect with 7+ years building AI-driven automation using low-code/no-code platforms, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer ScienceEngineeringBusinessInformation Systemsor related field.7-10+ years of experience in solution engineeringautomationconsultingAI product developmentor enterprise digital transformation.Strong experience architecting solutions using AIautomationlow-code/no-code platformsand integrations.Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholderstranslating requirements into actionable solution designs.Background in process optimization (LeanSix Sigma) or digital transformation.Understanding of data governanceresponsible AIand enterprise security requirements.Experience developing training or upskilling programs.Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on solution engineering capability.Natural curiosity for emerging technologies and AI trends.Ability to influence and collaborate across highly matrixed environments.
