About this role
Prolific is inviting Materials Science specialists to serve as AI Trainers for remote advisory review work. You will audit scientific papers and verify that LLM-generated graphical abstracts accurately represent the papers.

- Provide expert validation to improve AI model outputs
- Complete focused review tasks on a timed schedule
Technical Overview
The work focuses on validating LLM outputs by comparing scientific papers with their LLM-generated graphical abstracts. The role emphasizes careful document review, issue identification, and improving the quality of cutting-edge AI models through expert feedback.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Materials Science specialist with deep expertise in Materials Science and/or Graphical Abstracts and the ability to accurately verify LLM-generated graphical abstracts against scientific papers. They have a verifiable LinkedIn presence or strong professional history, excellent attention to detail, and can consistently complete focused review tasks for up to one hour at a time on a freelance/participant basis.
