AIP Innovation Engineer (iDEA by Lear) who builds AI automation solutions that integrate with the Palantir Foundry ecosystem and Palantir AIP.   • Integrate internal and external data sources with security, throttling, and resilience patterns
  • Leverage Palantir platform capabilities (AI FDE, AI Pilot) to accelerate adoption
  • Partner with Ontology Leads to shape data for maximum automation

Designs and operationalizes LLM/agent workflows using AIP agents and prompt flows grounded in Foundry Ontology objects. Implements data ingestion and integration engineering (internal/external data sources, SaaS apps, supplier feeds) and productionizes solutions with intelligent monitoring, observability, and guardrails.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI engineer who can design and operationalize AIP/LLM agent workflows end-to-end, including data ingestion, semantic grounding, agent design, apps/APIs, and productionization. They should have strong familiarity with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP (Foundry AIP), including capabilities such as AI FDE and AI Pilot.
