About this role

Alpha Conversion Analyst leads data conversion planning and testing for State Street Alpha platform, coordinating across client and internal teams to drive data collection, mapping, and conversion events toward a smooth go-live and BAU transition.

Key Responsibilities

Assist and coordinate conversion planning and testing
Create data maps showing data flow
Work on data conversion lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, deployment, maintenance)
Lead issue resolution and data discrepancies
Support conversion events including weekends/off hours

Technical Overview

Involves lifecycle of data conversion, data mapping, and adapter setup; uses Jira/Confluence for project management; familiarity with CRIMS and back/front office systems.

Ideal Candidate

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, strong data conversion and onboarding experience, and can coordinate across time zones using Jira/Confluence. Must manage data maps and conversion events end-to-end.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of relevant Financial Industry ExperienceExperience in Migration of data into Front office and middle office systemsExperience owning initiatives / projects related to Middle & Back Office Client On boardingExperience with Jira and ConfluenceExposure to CRIMS or any other front office systems is preferred
