About this role
This apprenticeship supports digital and omnichannel marketing campaign deployment, KPI tracking, and performance analysis for medications. It also helps build customer knowledge and creates actionable insights through collaboration with BI and Data Science teams, including dashboard reporting and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs for digital campaigns and analyze performance by channel
- Set up tools and processes to collect and use data for marketing and business decisions
- Coordinate operational follow-up of digital marketing activations
- Analyze customer and digital data (campaigns, journeys, content usage) with BI and Data Science
- Produce actionable customer insights and report key learnings via dashboards and recommendations
Technical Overview
The role performs marketing analytics workflows around campaign KPIs and customer/digital data (journeys, content usage) and collaborates with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams. It includes setting up data collection tools/processes, operational tracking of digital activations, and producing dashboards and syntheses.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a science student with a marketing specialization (in progress) who is strongly interested in digital, data, and omnichannel marketing. They can help define and optimize digital campaign KPIs, analyze performance by channel, and collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams to produce actionable customer insights and dashboard-based reporting. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong analytical, rigorous, cross-functional communication skills are essential.
