About this role
This apprenticeship role in Medical Affairs (Vaccines) supports the medical directorate’s recruiting and selection process and helps execute vaccination-related national medical plans. The intern also drafts scientific communication materials, analyzes scientific articles, and manages administrative project tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with elaboration, implementation, and follow-up of the national medical plan for HPV vaccination
- Set up medical events and cross-functional medical projects
- Draft scientific information materials and analyze scientific articles
- Manage project administrative workstreams
- Support recruiting and selection process from definition of need through offer
Technical Overview
The role focuses on structured medical affairs project coordination and governance, including data synthesis of medical information. It also involves operational administration using database, document, file, and email management processes, plus expense report processing and purchase order management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a pharmacy student (pharmacy studies) with a Master in progress who is comfortable supporting medical affairs recruitment activities and medical project work. They can synthesize medical data, draft scientific information materials, and analyze scientific articles while handling project administration. Strong organization, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and medical teams are key.
