MassMutual is seeking a project manager to lead investment operations and investment accounting projects supporting corporate function transformation. The role focuses on executing a standardized PM lifecycle, producing Discovery and detailed planning artifacts, and managing scope, forecasts, cost variance, and budget change requests.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, day-to-day execute, manage, implement and report investment operations & accounting projects using defined PM processes and standards
Develop and maintain Discovery artifacts such as Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Project Charter, Resource Plan, and Milestone Plan
Develop and maintain Detailed Planning artifacts and manage plan execution
Determine project scope and manage scope execution across large or medium-to-large programs with high complexity and risk
Develop financial forecasts, record cost variance, anticipate delivery challenges, and request budget changes via Change Request Process
