Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations, Assistant Vice President

This AVP role supports Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations by acting as the primary escalation point for operational issues and resolving client and internal team inquiries. You will manage open items and production activities, coordinate implementations for new funds and processes, and ensure consistent operational best practices using Wall Street Office (WSO).

• Act as primary contact and escalation point for operational issues
• Receive and resolve client and internal inquiries (Client Management, COEs, BU Shared Services, BU Client Service)
• Maintain and monitor open items, issues, logs, and project lists
• Manage production activities of Client Support Specialists 1, 2 and Senior Specialists; address custom client requests
• Coordinate implementation of new funds, systems and processes; assist with client conversions; identify operational best practices
