Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations, Officer

This role is responsible for day-to-day management of a functional team within Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations and ensuring Shared Services production activities run smoothly. The Officer acts as the primary escalation point for operational issues, supports compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits, and coordinates implementations for new funds and client conversions.

• Account for day-to-day management of functional team(s) and service delivery
• Act as primary contact and key escalation point for operational issues
• Manage/escalate issues related to CoEs and Shared Services
• Coordinate implementation of new funds, systems, and processes plus assist with client conversions
• Identify unusual/potentially suspicious transaction activity and report/escalate per policy

The role focuses on operational execution within Fund Accounting and Custody workflows, including transaction monitoring and escalation of potentially suspicious activity. It also involves implementing operational best practices, coordinating process/system changes, and supporting audits through compliance and fiduciary review activities.

The ideal candidate for this Officer role has 5+ years of related Custody and/or Fund Accounting experience, including prior management or supervisory exposure. They can lead day-to-day Shared Services production and act as a primary escalation point for operational issues, while demonstrating strong compliance and audit readiness and the ability to identify potentially suspicious transaction activity.
