Analyst, Asset Management

Analyst, Asset Management leads IT asset lifecycle activities for Device as a Service governance and IT asset management, including procurement, invoicing, forecasting, deployment, reclamation, and compliance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for end-user compute devices and services
• Coordinate DaaS governance, subscription/invoice reconciliation
• Manage supplier coordination for procurement, deployment, reclamation, and certification
• Monitor supplier compliance to policies and SLAs
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting for ITAM

Hands-on ITAM with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM/SAM/CMDB, vendor management, and procurement processes; integrates with finance and supply chain to manage costs and KPIs.

The ideal candidate is an IT asset management professional with 3-5 years of experience in ITAM processes and ServiceNow ITAM, strong vendor coordination, and a focus on cost optimization.
