Analyst, Commodity Operations supporting ICE Futures Soft Commodities with delivery, inventory, grading, and licensing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to all aspects of operations for ICE Futures Soft Commodities deliveries
Manage client inquiries and relationships
Maintain proprietary inventory, warehousekeeping, and delivery management system
Assist in grading Coffee and Cocoa
Manage licensing for warehouses, graders, and samplers

Technical Overview

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eCOPS; experience with warehousekeeping and delivery management systems; familiarity with inventory and grading operations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level operations professional with 2+ years in soft commodities and a strong command of Microsoft Office and eCOPS, capable of handling warehouse and delivery processes and maintaining strong client communication.

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor’s degree2+ years experience with soft commodities and/or futures marketsexcellent communication and team working skillsgood knowledge of Microsoft Officeespecially ExcelWordand PowerPointknowledge of eCOPS (strong plus)
