About this role
This role builds cybersecurity automation software to support risk management across the information security lifecycle. You will develop analytics, dashboards, and visualization tooling to detect anomalies, triage events, and support insider threat and suspicious activity controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, tested and secure automation code
- Develop security analytics dashboards, reports and analytics
- Enhance visualization toolsets to identify trends and compress event triage
- Implement behavioral analysis tools for baseline activity and insider threat
- Automate reporting and analysis using data flows and anomaly detection
Technical Overview
The stack includes Django for automation, Linux (including Linux server administration), and REST APIs with frontend/backend design experience. The tooling emphasizes CI/provisioning with Jenkins and Docker plus IaC-style tools such as Terraform, alongside common development technologies like Git, Bash, Python, Nodejs, JavaScript, Vue, and MySQL.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level to early-career cybersecurity automation analyst with hands-on software development experience and strong Linux and Python skills. They can build security analytics dashboards and automation workflows using Django and REST APIs, and they have familiarity with CI and provisioning tools such as Jenkins and Docker.
