About this role

Analyst for Data & Reporting Licensing and Compliance supports enterprise licensing insights; designs dashboards, monitors licensing gaps, and acts as subject matter expert for licensing platforms and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain field-level licensing reports and dashboards
  • Develop analytics comparing expected licensing to obtained licenses
  • Provide weekly snapshots of missing/expiring licenses
  • Conduct root-cause analyses for licensing gaps
  • Serve as subject matter expert for licensing platforms and reporting tools

Technical Overview

Dashboards and analytics using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE; Dataverse data model; licensing and governance focus; Proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dataflows.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a data analyst with 2-4 years of analytics experience, proficient in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, who can design dashboards and govern licensing data across retail stores.

Must-Have Skills
