About this role
The Deal Operations Analyst partners with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to support active enterprise deals and protect revenue. The role manages deal requirements, produces quotes and sales documents, validates invoices, and helps drive process improvements through data analysis and UAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deal requirements and administrative processes (RFPs, RFIs, vendor forms)
- Create and deliver quotes, sales orders, service schedules, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Contracts, and Finance to support deal structuring, approvals, and invoicing accuracy
- Validate invoice details and ensure alignment across purchase orders and sales orders
- Identify process improvements and participate in business projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Technical Overview
This is a sales operations/data integrity role focused on deal workflow execution. The analyst uses Google Workspace tools and Salesforce CPQ to create deal documentation, manage approvals and contract alignment, validate purchase orders and sales orders, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an operations-minded analyst who supports Enterprise sales and customer success teams through accurate deal execution. They can manage deal requirements, create quotes and sales documents, validate invoices and purchase orders, analyze revenue data, and collaborate with Deal Desk, Contracts, and Finance, with strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce CPQ.
