About this role
As an EUC Analyst, you will support end users by onboarding and training internal and external users and maintaining the global corporate computing environment. The role includes provisioning Microsoft cloud and identity services, deploying client devices, and resolving tickets and incidents in ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage tickets and incidents in ServiceNow
- Provision Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Deploy hardware/software and desktop/laptop imaging plus VoIP
- Troubleshoot conference room AV and video conferencing systems
Technical Overview
You will troubleshoot and deploy Windows and Mac hardware/software and support network needs using tools and systems including ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online. You will also support video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, Webex) and conference room AV, and help manage device inventory, DHCP, and file/print services.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an EUC (End User Computing) support professional with hands-on experience provisioning and troubleshooting Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online in a Windows and Mac environment. They are comfortable managing ServiceNow tickets and incidents, deploying desktop/laptop imaging and VoIP, and supporting video conferencing tools like Zoom, Teams, and Webex. Strong communication and onboarding/training experience for internal and external users is essential.
