Forecast Modeling Analyst to support spare parts inventory forecasting for United Airlines' supply chain, building and maintaining forecasting models and analytical tools, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance forecast models; support strategic Supply Chain initiatives with analytic insights; collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities; monitor model performance and communicate results; develop and execute project plans

Technical Overview

Quantitative focus with Python/R, SQL, ARIMA, Exponential Smoothing; ML modeling; PySpark familiarity; SAS optional; visualization and stakeholder communication.

Ideal Candidate

An entry-level data analyst/scientist with 1-3 years of analytics experience, strong Python/R/SQL skills, and a foundation in statistical forecasting techniques like ARIMA and exponential smoothing. Familiarity with PySpark and SAS is a plus.
