About this role
Analyst I, Response Center monitors and maintains health of global IT infrastructure and applications, providing Level 1-2 support, and coordinating across teams to resolve incidents and outages.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor mission-critical services and infrastructure
- Analyze IT systems to identify improvements
- Lead support bridges during outages
- Provide Level 1/2 systems administration
- Document incidents and mitigations
Technical Overview
Involves end-to-end IT operations, hardware configuration, patching, scripting, and utilization of monitoring tools (ServiceNow ITOM, Splunk, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes) across cloud and on-premises environments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level systems administrator with 1+ year of IT support/operations experience, strong hands-on with monitoring tools (ServiceNow ITOM, Splunk, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes), and a willingness to work in a hybrid cloud/on-premise environment across global IT operations.
