Position Details
About this role
Retail Operations Analyst II/III to monitor day-to-day workflow activities, handle medium to complex exception handling, and support system testing and data analysis within the order-to-cash process.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Effortless Customer Experience in order-to-cash; Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues; Perform root cause analysis and test scripts; Validate system changes via UAT; Collaborate with IT and business teams
Technical Overview
Focus on O2C processes, data analysis, UAT participation, SQL data queries, and Excel-based analytics; experience with CRM, PeopleSoft/Hyperion, and EDI transactions is preferred.
Ideal Candidate
An analytical professional with 2-3+ years in retail operations, order-to-cash workflows, and CRM systems. Strong data analysis and root-cause problem-solving skills paired with Excel expertise and SOX compliance experience.
