Analyst II, IT Asset Management focusing on CMDB and HAM data governance, accuracy, and lifecycle alignment with CSDM, supporting IT operations, reporting, and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day CMDB administration, including creation, update, validation, and decommissioning of CI records
- Manage CMDB work queue and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain CI data quality and relationships
- Develop and run CMDB reports
- Identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement
Technical Overview
Hands-on CMDB administration in ServiceNow with data modeling, CI relationships, and HAM integration; utilizes AWS, Kubernetes basics, and Excel for reporting; aligns CMDB to CSDM.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 2+ years CMDB experience with ServiceNow, strong data analysis and reporting skills, and is capable of managing CMDB relationships and hardware asset lifecycle under the CSDM.
