About this role
ICE Data Services Systems Operations role focused on providing immediate assistance to back office, support personnel and IT staff, not a traditional NOC role, with emphasis on incident management and production reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and provide direct support to engineering and IT support groups
- Communicate information about system maintenance and events to internal partners
- Interact with third-party vendors and internal business units
- Maintain operations and administration of proprietary systems
- Follow Incident, Problem, and Change Management practices and create documentation
Technical Overview
Requires ServiceNow expertise and scripting (Bash, PowerShell); strong Linux/Windows administration; familiarity with monitoring and incident response tools (BigPanda, PagerDuty, Rundeck).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an IT operations/support professional with ServiceNow experience, scripting in Bash/PowerShell, and Linux/Windows knowledge, capable of supporting production systems in a 24x7 fintech environment.
