About this role
The Analyst, Merchant Support Operations supports maintenance of key documents and reporting for the Merchant Support (MSA) team. The role analyzes disparate data sources to identify trends and root causes, builds dashboards and visualization tools, and delivers insights that help leadership understand and improve service levels.

Technical Overview
