About this role
The Project Costs Analyst supports Entergy's Power Generation Budget Planning and Risk Management Team, providing capital and O&M project controls oversight and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop indirect cost estimates for projects
- Communicate with Finance Business Partners and Property Accounting to understand costs and determinations
- Gather information at the plant level for project controls management
- Execute sections of Entergy's System Approval Policy and Capital Approval Policy
- Ensure proper funding in the financial plan
Technical Overview
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI; familiar with financial reporting software and cost-estimating tools; will operate within Entergy's policy framework for capital approvals and budgeting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level finance/analyst with strong budgeting and project controls experience in energy generation, proficient with MS Office and Power BI, able to collaborate with Finance and Plant leadership across the organization.
