About this role
Analyst will deliver technical and analytical support for Workforce Management systems to ensure accurate payroll and timely weekly payments, including configuring pay rules and auditing security roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support time capture systems at location level (SAP Time, Kronos, UKG Pro)
- Test and configure pay rules
- Maintain pay rules understanding and compliance with CBAs and payroll laws
- Provide training and manage security access/audit roles
- Prepare data for legal requests and ensure confidentiality
