About this role

Analytics Engineer to design and scale Ontic's analytics and AI foundation for an enterprise SaaS business. Build core data models in Snowflake, orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines with Fivetran, and enable AI-enabled workflows; partner across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable dbt data models in Snowflake
Architect data pipelines and transformation workflows using Fivetran and ELT practices
Develop AI-enabled workflows and integrate analytics into operational processes
Partner with RevOps and Finance to define SaaS metrics
Create reusable data assets activated via Hightouch and Omni

Technical Overview

Focus on enterprise data modeling, data pipelines, and AI-enabled workflows using Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Notion, Cursor, Glean, Omni. Build reusable data assets activated via Hightouch and Omni; governance and scalable architecture.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an analytics engineer with 3-6+ years building scalable analytics for a SaaS product, strong SQL and modern data modeling skills, and experience in cloud data warehouses like Snowflake. They should be comfortable working with AI-enabled workflows and collaborating with RevOps, Finance, and product teams in a remote, fast-moving company.
