Senior eDiscovery support analyst responsible for supporting Relativity Server and RelOne, troubleshooting across Windows/Linux/SQL Server, and ensuring enterprise SLAs are met with strong customer communication.

  • Provide advanced support for Relativity Server (2021+) and RelOne
  • Act as a primary point of coordination during incidents
