About this role
Senior eDiscovery support analyst responsible for supporting Relativity Server and RelOne, troubleshooting across Windows/Linux/SQL Server, and ensuring enterprise SLAs are met with strong customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for Relativity Server (2021+) and RelOne
- Act as a primary point of coordination during incidents
- Troubleshoot across distributed systems including Citrix, Windows, Linux, SQL Server, AD, MFA, and Azure
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and Data Management
- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
Technical Overview
Hands-on technical role covering Relativity Server/RelOne, Citrix/VDI, Windows and Linux servers, SQL Server, AD/MFA, and Azure. Includes incident management and documentation.
