Calix is hiring an Application Sales Manager for the SD/NE remote region to lead Cloud SaaS and SmartLife solution sales within regional accounts, engaging C-level executives, and managing complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Cloud SaaS and SmartLife solution sales within regional accounts
- Conduct discovery to understand customer requirements
- Manage complete and complex sales-cycles with C-level presentations
- Evangelize Calix vision through demonstrations and events
- Provide market input on product development and pricing strategies
Technical Overview
Focus on cloud-based SaaS solutions for telecom service providers; requires experience selling to CSPs with executive-level engagement, use of SPIN/Value Selling, and pricing strategy across extended sales cycles.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior software/cloud sales professional with 5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling to CSPs in the telecom space, exceptional executive engagement, and a proven track record closing complex SaaS deals in a remote environment.
