About this role

Geisinger is seeking an Application Specialist I for TriZetto Facets remote support in healthcare IT. The role covers facet application implementation, adoption, enhancement, and ongoing support, including testing, training, documentation, go-live, and issue escalation with potential for higher levels based on skill.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrates understanding of TriZetto Facets and integration points
Oversees testing including unit, scenario-based, integrated, capacity, and parallel testing
Produces documentation including workflows, pros/cons, gap analysis, needs assessments, design specifications, build documentation, test plans, and transition documentation
Facilitates and conducts training classes
Active participation in vendor review and selection processes

Technical Overview

Scope includes TriZetto Facets integration across modules, test planning and execution, change management, and documentation. Requires extensive experience in facets and healthcare IT environments with strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced application specialist with 8+ years of relevant healthcare IT experience and at least 3+ years in TriZetto Facets, capable of leading end-to-end facets implementations, training, and ongoing support with strong documentation and vendor coordination.
