Application Support Analyst provides Level-2 production support for index data platforms, monitors daily data loads, and supports data migrations and incident response. Partners with operations, infrastructure, and development teams to resolve data queries and implement permanent fixes.

  • Provide daily Level-2 production support for Index Data Platforms
  • Monitor and validate daily data load jobs; troubleshoot failures
  • Support historical data migrations, validation, and reconciliation
  • Respond to critical production incidents; implement workarounds and restoration
  • Collaborate with business operations to resolve data queries and provide data support

Relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) with PL/SQL; enterprise apps in .NET and Java; cloud experience (AWS); observability and CI/CD tooling (Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI); ITSM tooling (ServiceNow, PagerDuty).

The ideal candidate is a mid-level application support analyst with 3-5 years of Level-2 production support experience, strong SQL (SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL), and proficiency with .NET and Java. They show solid incident management and monitoring skills, plus familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and observability tools.
