Provide engineering and disciplined production support for the Oracle Financial Crimes Platform (FCP) 8.1.1, ensuring stability, compliance, and controlled evolution. Troubleshoot alert, data ingestion, and batch issues while supporting testing, releases, and cross-functional delivery with AML and risk teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Oracle FCP 8.1.1 platform support for alerting, ECM, and regulatory workflows
Troubleshoot production issues including missing/unexpected alerts, data quality/ingestion, and batch failures
Perform detailed root cause analysis and document findings for audits and regulatory expectations
Support change management with approved governance and maintain runbooks/technical documentation
Participate in regression testing, validation, and post-release verification; support release planning and production readiness

Technical Overview

Support Oracle Financial Crimes Platform v8.1.1 including transaction monitoring outputs, alert generation/suppression behavior, Enterprise Case Management (ECM), and downstream regulatory workflows such as CTR-related processing. Own production issue troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and audit-aligned documentation, and participate in regression testing, validation, and release readiness with Agile/Kanban practices.
