Interplay Learning is hiring an Applied AI Business Systems Engineer for a founding role in the Business Transformation Office to build an internal AI-first operating system. Technical Overview

The technical scope includes hands-on GenAI deployment using Python and TypeScript, building RAG pipelines, and implementing agentic AI solutions. The engineer will operationalize AI within business systems (process and technology) rather than Product & Content teams.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior applied AI engineer with 5-7+ years of digital transformation experience in B2B SaaS environments and at least 1 year of hands-on GenAI deployment. They are proficient in Python and TypeScript and have built RAG pipelines and agentic AI solutions, with experience auditing workflows and establishing governance frameworks.
