Applied AI Engineer to build enterprise GenAI solutions on Scale's Generative Platform. You will work with clients to deliver AI agents with multimodal capabilities and tool-calling, across SF and NYC locations.

Key Responsibilities

Own, plan, and optimize the AI behind our Enterprise customer’s deepest technical problems
Leverage SGP to build the most advanced AI agents across the industry
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Meet regularly with customer teams onsite and virtually, collaborating cross-functionally
Push production code in multiple development environments

Technical Overview

Role focuses on developing production-grade AI solutions using Python, NumPy, Pandas, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Experience with LLMs, multimodal systems, and tool-calling is essential, with on-site client collaboration.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior AI engineer with a strong software engineering background, proficient in Python, ML tooling, and cloud platforms (AWS and GCP). They should have hands-on experience with Generative AI, multimodal systems, and tool-calling, and be comfortable collaborating with clients on on-site engagements.
