The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior role responsible for leading architecture, design, and development of mission-critical AI applications and Agentic solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security within a banking context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI applications and Agentic solutions
  • Define and own the technical roadmap for AI platforms
  • Drive design and redesign of business processes with Agentic solutions
  • Enforce best practices for compliance, security, MLOps, and Model Governance
  • Mentor mid-level developers and analysts

Technical Overview

Focus on AI platforms, agentic solutions, and governance; drive reinforcement learning-based feedback loops, memory management, and hallucination control; ensure compliance and security in ML pipelines and AI systems.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior applications developer/architect with 6-10+ years in AI-driven application development, capable of leading architecture and governance for agentic AI platforms, including MLOps and reinforcement learning initiatives.
