About this role
Lead an hourly operations team as an Area Manager to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance while meeting customer delivery expectations. Coordinate with cross-functional support teams to execute plans and support delivery workflows across first mile, middle mile, and last mile.

- Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans
- Maintain customer expectations for right-time, right-location delivery
- Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours
