About this role
Area Manager II leads a team of hourly workers to meet safety, quality, attendance, and delivery goals within a fast-paced operation. Works with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and manage flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR
- Lift up to 49 pounds and stand up to 12 hours
- Climb and descend stairs
