Area Manager II role responsible for leading an hourly workforce in WW Operations to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance. The manager will ensure customer delivery promises are met and collaborate with support teams to develop plans for business objectives.

Technical Overview
This is an operations management role focused on first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile workflow execution. The role emphasizes data-driven performance management and continuous process improvement, including Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen (preferred).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Area Manager II with 2+ years of employee and performance management experience leading hourly teams in a high-volume operations environment. They have strong ownership of safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, and they are comfortable working flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Experience with performance metrics, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Kaizen is a strong differentiator.
