Area Manager II leads an hourly operations team to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance. The role focuses on executing fulfillment workflows and ensuring customer orders are delivered at the right time and location, while collaborating with multiple support teams.

- Collaborate with Safety Engineering Loss Prevention Quality Assurance Human Resources
- Work flexible shifts including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Lift up to 49 pounds and complete physical shift requirements
Technical Overview
The role is centered on operational management across first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile workflows. It emphasizes continuous improvement using process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen) and performance metrics (preferred).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Area Manager II with 2+ years of employee and performance management experience, capable of leading hourly teams while ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and performance. They are comfortable with flexible shifts that include weekends, nights, and/or holidays and consistently manage customer delivery promises. Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen is strongly preferred.
