As an Area Manager II, you lead hourly teams to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring customer orders are delivered on time. You coordinate across multiple support functions and drive continuous process improvements in a first-mile/middle-mile/last-mile operating model.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of employee and performance management experience and can lead hourly teams with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. They are comfortable working flexible schedules (weekends/nights/holidays) and can collaborate across Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources. Bonus if they have experience with performance metrics and process improvement using Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma.
