Lead and engage an hourly workforce to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring customer delivery promises are met. Collaborate with multiple support teams and drive continuous improvement using metrics and lean techniques.

Technical Overview
Operations-focused role covering fulfillment workflows (First mile, Middle mile, Last mile). Applies performance metrics and process improvement methods such as Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma as applicable.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an operations leader with 2+ years of employee and performance management experience in a logistics/fulfillment environment. They have strong safety, quality, and productivity ownership and may have experience with Lean process improvements such as Kaizen and/or Six Sigma.
