Lead residential mortgage origination activities for Financial Center offices and outside referrals. Manage a team of at least 5 MLOs, own production and customer engagement results, and ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Technical Overview
Mortgage banking operations leadership with emphasis on application-to-closing ownership, KPI-driven reporting (local and Bancorp reporting), compliance monitoring against state and federal regulation, and customer service improvement using Gallup customer engagement data.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Area Sales Manager (ASM) with experience originating residential mortgage loans and managing Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) as a production leader. They should be strong in KPI-based performance management, business plan reviews, compliance monitoring (state and federal regulation), and improving customer service outcomes using Gallup customer engagement data.
