This is a mortgage banking leadership role responsible for managing a team of Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) and driving residential mortgage loan production. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop talent while building referral and Financial Center relationships to grow closed volume.

The role is focused on residential mortgage loan origination operations and governance, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring, and risk reporting within the bank’s risk appetite. It uses local and Bancorp reporting with KPIs to manage performance, ensure loan originator quality, and coordinate issues with processing and underwriting.

The ideal candidate is an experienced mortgage banking sales leader who can manage and coach Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) while driving residential mortgage loan production. They have strong referral relationship skills, are accountable for risk and compliance within a defined risk appetite, and consistently use reporting and KPIs to meet sales and cross-selling objectives.
