The ideal candidate is an experienced mortgage sales manager who can lead Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) and deliver residential mortgage loan production from application through closing. They will build referral source relationships, coach team performance using KPIs and reporting, and ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations and bank policies. Strong customer service leadership informed by Gallup customer engagement data is essential.
