About this role
Stryker is seeking an Arterial Account Manager to drive growth of PAD and CLTI therapies by building hospital and physician alignment, developing programs, and expanding access to its portfolio. The role requires clinical expertise, strong presentation skills, and coordinated execution with field partners to achieve adoption and franchise value goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs
- Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders and hospital leadership
- Drive therapy adoption via clinical expertise and education
- Create demand and expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios
- Deliver highimpact presentations and provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing
Technical Overview
This is a field-based medical device sales role focused on clinical program development and therapy adoption. It leverages MS Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel/reporting) for reporting and presentations, and requires coordination with cross-functional internal and external clinical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a medical device field sales professional with 6+ years of experience, strong quota attainment history, and comfort working in case-based clinical environments. They are clinically savvy, deliver high-impact presentations, and build alignment with physicians and hospital leadership to drive PAD and CLTI therapy adoption and program growth.
