Assembly Board Engineer responsible for defining plant equipment and tooling needs, supporting engineering changes, and ensuring acquisition, installation, and validation of assembly tooling and equipment according to startup schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead installation, validation and continuous improvement on assembly line components
Equipment ordering and supplier management
Transfer of equipment between Lear plants
Develop tooling for manufacturing process
Manage plant layout and continuous improvement
