Position Details
About this role
Supports Asset Protection investigations and training initiatives by analyzing business processes and delivering data-driven recommendations. Builds reports and dashboards to track KPIs, and collaborates with HR, Operations, and field leadership to improve internal investigations and training SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for Asset Protection business owners in investigations/training
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics
- Collect, interpret, and analyze internal case data
- Prepare recurring monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Support training needs assessments and SOP development
Technical Overview
Uses Excel and Power BI to analyze internal case data, identify trends, and present findings to leadership. Supports data collection, narratives, video documentation requests, and case management systems.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Asset Protection/Business Analyst with 0-2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI to build dashboards and KPI reports, able to work with Asset Protection stakeholders and field teams.
